Core Values

Security and Safety

We believe that everyone has the right to feel secure and safe in their lives and relationships and we recognise the lasting impact of profound insecurity and lack of safety. This is what drives us to provide learning and developmental opportunities for families, carers and professionals to develop and maintain secure and healing relationships.
Attachment

We believe that relationships and connection are at the core of being human - we reach out to others from the moment of birth and still seek the touch of another as we take our last breaths. Promoting and supporting meaningful and positive relationships throughout life and in every setting is at the heart of our work.
Integrity

We value integrity striving to be honest, respectful, reliable and compassionate in the way we do our work.

All Means All

We believe in the values of social inclusion and promote that everyone is treated equally without discrimination regardless of their identity or circumstance. We recognise the impact of structural inequality and intersecting forms of discrimination and aim to acknowledge and challenge this in our training, research, publications and consultancy.
